Adidas is obviously a well known name but that can lead to issues in managing the brand reputation.

Our project involved cleaning the channel and setting up the brand products with clean lines to gain maximum revenue back to the brand holder. With different global entities acting independently in their markets, Activ8 brought a centralised plan to fruition to achieve greater sales.
There are restrictions for using the brand name so we had to get creative with awareness and positioning. We removed over 40 sellers of counterfeit products online through test purchasing and ensuring that only the correctly manufactured products were available.
